On June 21st the AGE Project was in Athens, Greece. The Alliance for Green entrepreneurship (AGE) will address adult learners and will work on fostering sustainable entrepreneurship education by creating a specialised and learner-driven educational materials and resources, dedicated to development of competences for creating circular economy models, green start ups and digital enterprises for promoting social innovation and strengthen the third sector entities. The Dutch Foundation presented the AGE Platform.
AGE Platform
The AGE Platform, whcih will be developed, is an Open Educational Resource. The platform will offer the opportunity for its users to acquire new knowledge in terms of creation of green enterprises and development of social innovation. The added value of the OER consists of integrated modules content, that will be developed according to the findings shown by the research done in the 1st project phase. The OER will be available for further use by diverse target groups and sustainable in time, and could be seen as a relevant tool for development of social economy across the EU. The aim of the OER is to set up a possibility for new models of employment by providing tailor made solutions for changing career paths thanks to innovation and identification of community needs in view of their better valorisation within green business solutions and third sector entities.
